Dirt Fighters is a TopGrading company. That means, that we seek to recruit and retain the top 10% of candidates to our team. Our seven Core Values (see below!) are a big part of repelling applicants who don’t think about work like us – and – attracting applicants who DO! Problems are best solved while they’re still small. So we think ahead, and have already started solving problems before they grow.

When things aren’t going as planned, we reach out to communicate. When we communicate early, we have the best shot at solving problems.
